What do you do for paid and/or unpaid work? I'm a drummer

What does the word 'movement' mean to you and do you consider yourself a 'mover'? movement is life, sound, feeling and necessary. Yes I do.
I think of my body as a way to make sound, both literally as a drummer, and in everyday life in the way that it works. My brain is like the conductor and my body is the orchestra, it plays a different symphony every day.

Did your Parents/Grandparents/Carers teach you directly about exercise, care for your body, posture, and/or ways of moving? If yes what lessons do you remember? My Dad got me my first drum kit, he didn't teach me to play, but he taught me how to hold myself, he taught me the attitude. I hold an attitude in my body when I play.

What is your earliest memory of moving?: I remember clapping, I've always been fascinated by the sounds you can make with your body.

Do you have a movement philosophy? If yes, what is it? Yes. PLAY. If you don't use it you loose it.
